
Kempas Sentosa Sdn Bhd was founded in 1993 and specializes in providing services in three main areas of construction – civil infrastructure, earthworks and building.
Since inception, the company has enjoyed smooth and steady growth. Over the last twenty years, the company has gathered a group of able and experienced staffs and financial management team, who has successfully completed a list of projects such as Sewerage and Drainage for Putrajaya, Dataran Putra, Ceremonial Square and the civil infrastructure for Equine Park Township spreading over 500 acres of land.
The company main commitment is to its clients. All our supporting technical staffs have vast experience in construction business, thus ensuring continuity and a high level of service to the client. .
In 2004, The Quality Management System of M/s Kempas Sentosa Sdn Bhd was successfully registered to have attained the requirement of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
In 2008, Kempas group established a branch office in Sarawak and has gradually built up a very close working relationship with M/s Naim Engineering Sdn Bhd, one of Sarawak largest Bumiputra housing developer and construction company. We have successfully completed a range of roadworks such as Semadang –Bau roadworks and Terbat roadworks. In 2013, through mutual agreement M/s Kempas Sentosa Sdn Bhd completed a merging exercise with M/s Naim Engineering Sdn Bhd, a Naim Group wholly own construction arm. Kempas group is now an associate company of Naim Group specializing in machinery management such as rental, trading, parts and logistic as well as an in-house civil infrastructure work. By combining both companies strategic leadership and strength, Kempas group has now evolved into a well established company with competitive advantage for a higher level of achievement.
Under the stewardship of our current Managing Director, Kempas group has reached out to the oil and gas sector providing machinery rental and property development. We have a Bintulu branch office catering for the oil and gas sector. Through the Naim group we have now contracted machinery rental for LNG train 9 construction works. A Kempas subsidiary concentrating in machinery trading and parts has been set up to tap into the booming oil and gas machinery business. In Kuching, a joint venture has been set up to build double /single storey terrace houses at Bau town. Our strategy to generate profitable growth remains to drive forward with our business development programme, to deliver sustainable growth and provide competitive returns to shareholders, while helping to meet domestic demand in a responsible way. We focus on exploring on new business opportunities by developing more projects where our people, expertise and know-how can adds values to the stakeholders. Kempas group has steadily build up a complete fleet of machineries covering most of the machineries that are needed by construction sector valued approximately at RM 20 million at the current market.
The logistics division was established to satisfy the increasing needs of logistics support as well as providing reliable and efficient fleet maintenance services to the group.
This division allows our services and products to be competitive as we control the transport costs and delivery time. The division also hires out trucks and machineries on contractual basis to individuals, businesses and organisations interested in fast and efficient delivery of their products and services to their valued customers.
