Managing Director – Chris Yap Yen Chin
Ms. Chris Yap joined the company M/s YAP MEOW FATT & SONS SDN. BHD. since 1988. She started her career as an account executive. In subsequence year, she was promoted to Finance Manager and also appointed as a director of the company. In 1993, an associates M/s KEMPAS SENTOSA SDN. BHD. was formed and she was appointed as a Finance Controller to be fully in charge of financial planning, costing, budgeting, Personnel administration and other related matters. In 2002, she decided to pursue further studies overseas for career advancement. After she graduated, she was appointed by the company as a Managing Director. She is responsible to the Board of Directors regarding financial reports, employees’ performance evaluation, cash and project forecasting. She is also responsible to advise the subordinates in regard to project management, personnel management and financial management.
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce & Adm., Major In Accounting in Victoria University, Wellington, New Zealand.
Project Director – Danny Yap Hon Kong
Mr. Yap worked in Malaysia form 1990 to 1993 then from 1993 to 1999 he worked in Hong Kong with the intention to expose himself to the higher standard and new innovative techniques in the construction field. During his service for Gammon Construction Ltd (HK) & Paul Y Foundation Co. Ltd, he has participated in Chek Lap Kok Airport foundation work, Lamma island Power Plant, Tsing Yi Power Plant and few commercial high-rises foundation work. He came back to joint the company in 1999 as Project Manager and was subsequently appointed as Project Director. He now heads the company project operation and business development.
Qualification : Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, University of Toledo, Ohio USA, 1990.
Director – Yap Hon Loong
Mr. Yap was worked in N. K. Luck Sdn. Bhd. as an Assistant Marketing Manager before joining Kempas. His was responsible for exhibition arrangement, meeting minute recording, assisting in government tender and handling customers complaints & feedback and business correspondence. He joined Kempas Sentosa Sdn. Bhd. as a Personnel & Admin Manager in 1997. He is now a Director and is involved in the company daily operations, Personnel matter, ISO planning, document control and financial control.

Director – Christina Wong Peng Peng
Miss Christina is a Certified Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA). Together with her 15 years experience in the financial and accounting field, she manages to participate in the operation of numerous huge projects. Started from a Audit Assistant and nowadays she is the Senior Director for the Group Division comprising of Finance & Accounts, Administration, Human Resource and Information Technology of Company Naim.
Qualification : Diploma in Commerce (Finanacial Accounting), TAR College, Malaysia
